Curator’s Guided Tour of Esprit Barthet Retrospective Exhibition

Almost a week into Esprit Barthet – A Life of Colour, curator Nicoline Sagona will be giving a guided tour of this landmark retrospective this Saturday, 1st April, at 11:00.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the 58 works on display by this important twentieth-century Maltese artist.

The exhibition, which runs till the 28th of May, showcases the main milestones of Barthet’s career and highlights examples from collections that are not easily accessible.  Copies of the exhibition catalogue, number 24 in Il-Ħaġar Gems series, remain available at the front desk.

Il-Ħaġar Museum is open seven days a week (public holidays included) from 09:00 to 17:00, with no admission fee.
